Data collection for market research
We organise and manage data collection for those undertaking market research taking the hard work out of data collection. This is a particularly valuable resource if you use market research rarely but need to call upon a reliable resource when the need arises.
We provide both quantitative and qualitative data collection services fully compliant with the MRS Code of Conduct. With access to over 1000 fully trained interviewers in the UK we are able to handle your research programme whatever its size. Fieldwork projects range from recruiting a single focus group or a few depth interviews to large scale interview programmes of many thousands of respondents.
Back office services
And we also undertake some of the more routine operations involved in market research: data entry and tabulation for example.
We will advise on the most cost effective way of undertaking your fieldwork and work closely with you to provide an effective service to you and your client . We operate thtorughout the UK from our office in Essex and administration office in Suffolk and provide a highly personal and responsive service. Our Fieldwork Director has over 30 years experience of organising and managing fieldwork projects. She is supported by an experienced team of support staff as well as three regional managers and 12 area supervisors.
