Marketing Assistance Ltd has recently set up a flexible system – STAR SUPPORT - to help in the running of STAR Surveys – satisfaction surveys for Housing Association tenants and residents

From recent experience of working with a number of Housing Associations we understand that Housing Associations have many of the required skills ‘in house’, but may need support or that extra pairs of hands to manage the extra workload.

STAR SUPPORT provides that help where required to help them carry out Tenant Surveys. Marketing Assistance Ltd is able to provide any or all of:

Reports can be either a full descriptive report or a basic report which can them be tailored by in-house executives to meet their own reporting criteria.
