Michael Mackman BA, MMRS, FCIM, Chartered Marketer - Research Director

Michael has wide ranging international experience working with such companies as the Myson Group, Foxboro, Budget Rent-a-Car and STC. He has also worked for two international London based research consultancies both at director level. Michael's clients include both industrial and consumer organisations. He specialises in market research and has wide experience of conducting both quantitative and qualitative surveys. He is a full member of the Market Research Society.

Kevin Norman BA, DipM, MCIM, Chartered Marketer - Commercial Director

Kevin has operated as a marketing consultant since 1990 and is especially active in developing strategic marketing plans and advising on implementation. His experience includes working for a number of major companies (GKN, Massey-Ferguson, ISS Servisystem) as well as in smaller consultancies. Kevin is a former National Councillor of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and holder of its prestigious President’s Award. He has been involved with both Anglia Ruskin University and the National Vocational Council in developing degree curricula.

Chris Owen - Consultant

Chris has over 30 years experience of running interviewing programmes. She can offer practical advice and recommendations to make sure you get the best value for money from your research. Her personal involvement in managing your project means you have an identifiable, responsible and friendly contact who will keep you updated at all times.

Peter Ward MA, MCIM - Finance Director

Peter specialises in marketing industrial products across national frontiers. His particular strengths are in strategies for entering new markets. He has travelled widely undertaking market research overseas, strengthening distribution networks and negotiating sales. His work experience includes engineering, export, marketing and general sales management for ICI Plastics and as director of an export marketing company handling a range of construction and mechanical equipment and material for infrastructure and building projects.
